Ten years of looking after homes in the United States
1st Line Homes has existed since 2019, but began operating in earnest in September 2026, built on a foundation laid long before that.
Where our method comes from
Our founder brings more than ten years in the American short-term and long-term rental market, at two different companies, one of them among the largest managers in Orlando. That path is where the know-how behind 1st Line Homes was built, helping those companies earn Superhost and Guest Favorite badges on most of their homes.
That method guides every decision we make today: the aim is always to get the most out of each property, which means more income for the owner and a solid operation for us.
To do that we also work with outside providers for cleaning, maintenance and other services inside the homes. None of them arrives by chance: each goes through a rigorous assessment and is hand-picked before serving any property in our care.
Today we put that same experience to work for every owner who trusts their home to 1st Line Homes.
