   You tell us about the property: where it is, how many bedrooms it has, the shape it is in and what has already been done to it.

2. On-site valuation

   We visit the home and the community, and look at what the market is paying for similar properties in each season.

3. A straight proposal

   We put a straight proposal in front of you, showing what the home can earn. We only go ahead if it makes sense for you.

4. Getting the home ready

   We take care of professional photos, the listing description, linens and the first clean, so the home is ready for guests.

5. Listing and booking management

   We list your home on the main booking channels, Airbnb included, with prices tuned to each season’s demand.

6. Day-to-day operation

   Guest service, cleaning between stays, maintenance, and monthly payouts with an itemised statement: all of it is ours to handle.

Damage during a stay

Damage is the guest’s responsibility, and every booking has a rental agreement. When an item or a piece of common-use equipment in the home is damaged by a guest, we arrange its replacement or repair with an equal or similar one available on the market.

This guarantee does not cover air conditioning, pool heating and filtration equipment, the structure of the home or the roof, nor damage caused by external factors. Normal wear and tear, maintenance failures and problems with the home’s systems, such as plumbing and electrics, remain the owner’s responsibility.
